MECHANICALUnlike traditional main contractors, OAC has its own, in-house Mechanical Division. This allows us to keep our costs competitive, our services seamless and we pass the savings on to our customers.
OAC have undertaken projects to provide for the complete refurbishment of all Mechanical installations within multi story office blocks & industrial nine sites, along with the design and construction of both small and large data centres.
ELECTRICALWe have a vast range of experience with electrical projects - from medium voltage power transmissions, working on 22KV overhead lines and installing 15 – 1 mega watt generators in banks, to sub-station construction from medium voltage switchgear with protective relays to low voltage distribution lineups, our professional team have always found the best way to ensure client's power needs were met and the equipment is reliable, safe and effective.
Power distribution, if installed correctly is a low maintenance, dependable system that many rely on a day to day basis. From OCE lighting and computer needs to security systems and UPS back up, OAC can install and test to meet any need.
Because of our history in datacentres, OAC specialises in the installation of structured communications cable. Our installations range from a single additional network outlet to a complete structured system of 10,000+ outlets in all types of environments and applications.

LIGHTINGWe work closely with British lighting manufacture PR Lighting Systems, now part of PR Global, a commercial lighting manufacturer with a 40 year history of providing an excellent service across all aspects of lighting provision in both domestic and commercial environments.
We build bespoke lighting solutions into our projects to enhance the spaces we create for our clients. Beautiful, well designed lighting can uplift even the most structured of enviroments to add warmth to a completed project, which promotes wellbeing in the created space.
All of PR’s lighting products and components are manufactured and sourced in the UK. They are currently producing a large range of LED luminaires, focusing on quality, creative and cutting-edge designs to ensure that the range includes all the advantages LED technology has to offer.
FURNITUREThe correct choice of offce furniture for new projects has become even more important in our post-Covid world. Landlords and business owners are facing far more challenges in investing in the correct solutions for their respective spaces.
We work alongside our customers to make the process straight forward and painless. OAC have been involved in the office sector for nearly 40 years and over this time have built up a huge portfolio of suppliers to call on, to supply products for each unique project. We offer a full one-stop shop from survey, to design, to installation, whilst also getting the very best from existing furniture by upcycling them into new schemes.
Our designers take our customers on a journey, from sketch proposals through to detailed technical drawings and lifelike renders. Our experience includes hotels, offices, retail, education and residential spaces.
HVACOAC has the expertise in-house to cater for the design and installation of chilled water and direct expansion cooling systems, both in terms of comfort and close control requirements, together with VRV applications.
