As part of an ongoing client upgrade contract we are refurbishing future training areas, staff breakout areas and the introduction of acoustic pods. We have also supplied and installaded new LED lighting throughout the whole building.

We carried ourt a complete design and build contract for their new 10,000 square feet headquarters building. This involved a new furniture and partitioning package and a complete client move from their existing building.

Multiple sites and a nationwide roll-out programme to introduce new working practices for this International Bank. Carefully selected flexible furniture products were specified for future proofing the banks portfolio of network offices.

One of the largest hotels in London made it's debut as a hotel in 1902. Featuring 329 Rooms and Suites we provided ongoing maintenance and upgrading of the air-conditioning systems within this complex, historic building.

The project contract was for the fitting out and replacement of all existing light fittings with new LED lighting to this 49 floored building's stairwell. This required detailed planning and execution, including ongoing risk assessments for this most complex of projects.

The project involved demolition works, removal of existing ceiling, lighting, partitions and flooring. New ceilings and LED lighting was installed and walls repaired and painted, floor tiles were recycled and new floor tiles installed.

One of the leading international cost consultants and construction companies approached us to refurbish their new regional Winchester Headquarters over three floors a total of 6,500 square feet of office space.
